Online Tee Bookings

You can book a start time for days on which start times operate, and a maximum of 7 days in advance by using the internet (only possible if you have valid e-mail address registered with Te Marua Golf Club).

Playing groups must have no more than four players.

Note that for any single day, you can only book 1 time slot which will accept bookings for a maximum of 4 players, one of whom must be yourself. Bookings for more than 4 players will have to be arranged through the Shop/Office unless another member of your intended group has access to the Online Tee Booking system and is able to book an additional start time.

If you are a group of five or more, please book two (or more as required) tee times and arrange your playing groups accordingly.

Do not book 1 tee time with the intention of including additional players when you get to the tee. 

To book a single tee time for 1 to 4 players

  1. Connect to web-site  http://www.golf.co.nz/mygolf
  2. Log in using your 7-digit NZGA membership ID
  3. Click on the Book a Tee icon in the page menu
  4. Pick a Date (a maximum of 7 days ahead)
  5. Locate the desired time – if it has  Book Here displayed, enter player details as required
    If the desired time is unavailable, your only option is to select another time, possibly on another day.
  6. Save your tee booking(s) – Click Submit.

When selecting the date and time for your booking, take note of any large groups or events which may impact course availability at your desired start time or during your round.
For example

  • Mid-week Men (MWM) groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays start from 3 tees, #1, #10 and #14.
  • Interclub fixtures on Saturdays block out a range of tee times
  • A corporate fixture such as Left Handers Tournament where the course will likely be closed until  mid afternoon.
  • Club promotional events such as Business House Twilight
  • Charity tournaments such as Rimutaka Lions Child Cancer Ambrose tournament, multi-tee start

Members who have no access to the internet will need to call Te Marua Golf Club Shop/Office during normal TMGC business hours and request a tee time. Ph 04 526 7020.

The course and facilities are available for hire.
