Sorry about the start sheets for July not being opened – my bad – the months are going so fast I simply forgot we were into July already☹ all sorted now😊
Wow the weather is certainly a lot better than the past week, 18 holes is now open for play for Friday and the Weekend, the long range forecast looks hopeful. Members can use carts down below in the weekend – but sticking to high ground only.
The Personalized golf balls that were per ordered have arrived – BUT unfortunately the digital golf ball printer located in Melbourne has encountered difficulties and they have been unable to have it fixed due to not getting external technical support that could of potentially assisted, due to covid lockdown conditions within Victoria, and now most of Australia. Titleist sincerely apologises for this less desirable outcome however without a firm date for the printer to be fixed they strongly felt the best outcome was to send the balls with a complimentary Titleist cap.
There are still numbers available for Roaring Forties.
Sunday the Men will be playing for the Hastwell (course handicap of 15 – 36) and Pope (up to course handicap of 14) Cup. Will your name be on the cup this year?
Have all Interclub teams got their numbers in for game, meal and prizegiving??
