Morning Members,

Save Monday 7th December we have our AGM at 8.00pm in the Clubrooms.

We had a great turnout for Business House Twilight on Thursday 29th October, the weather was a bit dicey but the meals were yummy, thanks to 19th Haven for catering, plus thanks also to Pak n Save for sponsoring the Twilight, thanks to Ian Sherwin for delivering the posters advertising the event.

Winners of the first round were:- 1st Farmers 59, 2nd Hori McIlroy 57, 3rd 3 Ps 54, Individual results were 1st Joel Bull 22, 2nd Damien (Gunshop) 21.

Winners of the second round were 1st Farmers 69, 2nd Taka Putts 67, 3rd Hoovers 65, Individual 1st Tony Knight 24, 2nd c/b Baz, Geoff Lippross got a prize but can’t read what is for –😊

Arthur Avis Trophy is on Sunday 8th November, have you picked your partner yet??

Course is closed on Monday 9th November we are hosting the Vets.

Course is closed on Friday 13th November we are hosting the Charity Movember Tournament.

Golfer of the year round 10 is on Sunday 15th November. This is where we sort out the men from the boys, the members that have made the cut so far are Jason Mokalei-Smith, Brett Keno, Greg Idour, Wayne Turner, Leigeon Tumataroa, Chris Brooks, Allan Fayen, Tony Hawes, Paora Winika, Mel Phillips, Sam Iraia, Shannon Menzies, Glenn Baker, Brent Cowan, Clinton Codyre, Peter Gallen, Tane Kotuhi, Chas Evans, Mark Walden, Damon Jakeman, David Muong, Allan Old, Andrew Curry and Robert McIntyre, if you are unavailable please let me know so the reserves have the opportunity to play in the field. Final is on Sunday 29th November.

Every year many of our Club Members attend the Mount Ruapehu Open, again this year they had success with Leigeon Tumataroa Winning it, Kayne Matin Runner-up in Nett, Luke Holford Runner-up in Stabeford, Mel Wellington and Blair Martin collecting prizes also. Congratulations to you all😊

We are missing 4 keys for the carts, can members who use carts please check to see if they have accidently taken them home – much appreciated
